1. Return & Refund Policy

Returns

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • All tags must be attached.

  • Customized or made-to-measure jackets are non-refundable unless defective.

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible as processing may begin.

  • Custom or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production starts.
